Lake Mountain Dental, located in Eagle Mountain, Utah, is a modern, high-tech dental practice dedicated to providing top-quality care. Our newly built office features 9 operatories and 4 orthodontic chairs, all equipped with state-of-the-art technology. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional general, cosmetic, and preventative dentistry in a welcoming and professional environment.
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team 2-3 days per week, with the potential for additional days at another location. In this role, you work alongside experienced hygienists and assistants to provide outstanding patient care while performing a wide range of general dentistry procedures.
Compensation:
Daily guarantee: $700/day
OR
30% of net production whichever is greater
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, crown and bridge, extractions, removable prosthodontics, and root canals
Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of hygienists and dental assistants
Manage clinical duties independently while maintaining clear communication with the management team
â¢. Maintain excellent time management and uphold the highest ethical standards
Optimize office and staff efficiency to enhance the patient experience
Requirements:
Active dental license at the time of application
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry
Ability to work independently and manage clinical duties efficiently
Passion for delivering outstanding patient care and attention to detail
