Role:
The primary purpose of this position is to function as a part-time staff dentist performing a full range professional dental duties in connection with the treatment of commonly encountered dental disease or dental health problems requiring standard corrective, preventive, restorative, and/or rehabilitative measures. Independently examines, diagnoses, & treats commonly encountered dental diseases or dental health problems. The relief dentist provides coverage for the dental clinic on a part time basis.
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all minimum requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

Minimum Requirements:
Experience: Two years to five years of similar or related experience. Must have passed the National Board Dental Examinations (NBDE) and possess a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice. Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license. Current CPR or BLS Certification.
Education: Must have a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from a school approved by the American Dental Association (ADA) or the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) or an accrediting body recognized by the US Department of Education at the time the degree was obtained.
