POSITION SUMMARY:As our Dental Manager, you will seamlessly integrate your expertise in reception and treatment planning to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients. Youâll play a pivotal role in managing insurance processes, overseeing staff performance, and enhancing our patient care services to achieve monthly goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, ensuring a clear understanding of patient obligations.
Efficiently process insurance claims and meticulously follow up on outstanding claims to minimize delays.
Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve issues and concerns promptly.
Maintain and update patient insurance records with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist with insurance pre-authorizations and referral coordination.
Manage inquiries regarding insurance coverage, billing, and treatment plans, ensuring transparency and clarity.
Lead and motivate staff to ensure productivity and align with monthly practice goals, providing support and training as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience in a dental office is REQUIRED; experience in a managerial role is REQUIRED.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and familiarity with dental coding.
Proficient in insurance verification processes and have a track record of effective communication.
Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, even in a fast-paced environment.
