Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a patient-focused and detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of dental conditions, working collaboratively with our team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and dentures
Diagnose and develop treatment plans for various dental conditions
Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices
Build rapport and maintain excellent relationships with patients
Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal care
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications:
DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
Valid Ohio dental license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Commitment to patient-centered care
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience with digital dentistry and modern dental technologies is a plus
