Dental Assistant - Manhattan Endodontics - Manhattan, KS

Responsibilities

Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
Sterilize instruments according to regulations
Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
Provide post-operative care instructions
Keep the operatory clean and well-stocked
Order supplies
Serve as back up to front office as needed (answer phones, schedule appointments)
Maintain accurate patient records

Skills

Dental/Endodontic experience preferred but not necessary, will train
Knowledge of dental instruments, x-rays and sterilization methods
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Experience with computer and dental software
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail
Well-organized and reliable
High school diploma
