Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our dental team.
Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Execute a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
Utilize dental software such as Dentrix for patient records management and treatment documentation.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Experience with Dentrix is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and staff.
Ability to perform various dental procedures including extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics with precision.
