Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for providing top-tier service to our valued patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries with precision and efficiency
Handle patient check-ins, check-outs, and maintain accurate records in our digital system
Assist in verifying insurance details
Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations and timely patient care
Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing front office area
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental office: 2 yrs minimum required
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes, and scheduling
Social Media savvy with experience and proficiency using digital image and video editing tools such as CapCut
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Dentrix office software
Friendly, professional appearance and demeanor
