We are seeking a skilled and experienced Expanded Function Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in delivering top-tier cosmetic dental care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, including but not limited to restorative work, crown and bridge, and implant surgeries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile working environment.
Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and care.
Take X-rays, process and review them as needed.
Educate patients on post-treatment care and preventive measures.
Manage patient records accurately and efficiently.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating patient appointments as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with implants and All-on-4 procedures.
Proficient in taking impressions and packing Preferred but not required
Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus.
Ability to work evenings on a rotating schedule.
A positive, patient-focused attitude with a strong attention to detail.
