Job Description
We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team and provide quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for chairside assisting, taking x-rays, sterilizing instruments, and providing patient education. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a commitment to patient care, and a willingness to learn new techniques. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the dental field and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for dental procedures.
Assist the dentist in providing patient care.
Maintain patient records and dental charts.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
Provide patient education on proper oral hygiene techniques.
Perform routine laboratory procedures such as taking impressions, pouring models, and fabricating temporary crowns.
Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays).
Keep the dental operatory clean and organized.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
