Job SummaryPediatric dental office looking for a part-time/ full time dental front office coordinator with a positive, outgoing, and a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.
Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently- Schedule and Confirm patient appointments using the clinic's software system Dentrix- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements- Proficiency in using dental terminology and understanding HIPAA regulations- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of dental clinic operations is a plus
Other: Experience with Dentrix/ Eaglesoft software and Bilingual is a plus
The position can be part-time or full-time (M-Th, 8am to 5pm) with paid time off and paid vacation days.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
