Full Time Dental Assistant Schedule:Monday through Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday (one Friday a month) 8:00am - 12:30pm

Responsibilities:Assist the Dentists chairsideWelcomes patientsPrepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfortSelection and setup of instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as neededInstrument sterilization according to regulationsMaintains accurate patient recordsLab tasks as instructedProvide post-operative care instructionsMaintain clean and stocked operatories
Qualifications:Active Maryland dental assistant license requiredDental Assistant training/school certification2 or more years of dental assisting clinical experienceKnowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methodsUnderstanding of health & safety regulationsExperience with digital softwareExcellent interpersonal skillsKnowledge of scanning, basic assisting duties, intra-oral camera and good communicator

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
