We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Assistant (DA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, strong technical skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-quality environment focused on implant dentistry and full-mouth restorations. Requirements:
Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during dental implant procedures, restorative treatments, and other advanced dental services.
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary materials are ready for procedures.
Take high-quality digital X-rays, CT scans, and impressions.
Educate and comfort patients before, during, and after procedures to ensure a positive experience.
Record and update patient medical and dental histories.
Manage lab cases, including impressions and coordinating with external dental labs.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and OSHA regulations.
Maintain inventory of dental supplies and materials, placing orders when necessary.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow and a high standard of care.
Provide post-operative care instructions and patient follow-up as needed.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of dental assisting experience (experience in Oral Surgery is a plus).
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred.
Proficient in taking X-rays and impressions (digital and traditional).
Knowledge of dental implant procedures and restorative dentistry is preferred.
Familiarity with dental software (experience with Dentrix or similar systems is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient care.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
CPR/BLS certification (current).

Starting at $25.00 - $30.00 an hour DOE
