Dental Hygienist- Cassville MO We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our ACCESS Family Care team in Cassville MO. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care and educate patients on proper dental health practices, and support our team of dental professionals. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and removing plaque and tartar.
Conduct thorough oral health assessments and screen for signs of oral diseases.
Take and develop X-rays as needed.
Educate patients on proper dental hygiene techniques.
Apply preventative materials such as fluoride treatments and sealants
Maintain accurate patient records and update charts with observations and treatments performed.
Collaborate with dentists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Stay updated on new dental hygiene techniques and industry best practices.
Qualifications:

Active MO Dental Hygiene license
Completion of accredited dental hygiene program (Associates or Bachelor's degree)
Proficient in using dental instruments, technology, and software for charting and X-rays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with patient and team members
Attention to detail and commitment to providing quality care.
CPR certification
Work environment: Full-time or Part-time position
