Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their treatment plans, ensuring they understand their options, financial responsibilities, and scheduling needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of dental procedures, and the ability to provide exceptional patient service.
Key Responsibilities:Patient Communication & Coordination
Educate patients on recommended treatment plans, procedures, and expected outcomes.
Answer patient questions and address concerns regarding treatments, costs, and insurance coverage.
Present financial options and assist in arranging payment plans or financing when necessary.
Schedule patient appointments efficiently to optimize workflow and minimize wait times.
Insurance & Financial Coordination
Explain coverage details to patients.
Prepare and present treatment cost estimates based on insurance coverage and out-of-pocket expenses
Process payments and assist with collections when required.
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and financial agreements.
Coordinate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and workflow.
Follow up with patients regarding their treatment progress and upcoming appointments.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a dental office, preferably in a treatment coordination role.
Strong knowledge of dental procedures, insurance processes, and financing options.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Proficiency in dental software - We use Dentrix in our office
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service skills.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 â 40 per week
