To win this exciting and rewarding position you will need:

3 years of customer service experience, does not have to be in dentistry
Knowledgeable on computers, proficient in microsoft office programs
Experience in having financial conversations with customers or patients
Experienced on how to schedule a day to meet the business goal
Excellent customer service, deescalation, and conflict resolution skills
Advanced speaking and presentation abilities, excellent communication skills

Employment:

We offer a part time or full time working week with the ability to expand hours as the business grows
