**Duties:**
- Assist the dentist during patient examinations and treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms for procedures and maintain cleanliness
- Take dental X-rays as needed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care
- Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and updating patient records
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in Dentrix software preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding
- Experience with 3D scanners is a plus
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry principles
- Ability to assist in prosthodontic procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in dental receptionist duties is advantageous
- Understanding of medical records management
