Job Overview:
Effectively communicate with patients, maintain a sterile work environment, expertly assist the dentist during procedures, and provide patient education on oral hygiene practices, often creating a comfortable and positive experience for patients while demonstrating strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills; however, the job can sometimes be physically demanding and may involve dealing with anxious patients depending on the practice setting. Optimizing workflow to minimize patient wait times and efficiently manage a busy schedule.
Further developing skills in specific procedures like taking impressions or assisting with complex treatments. Maintaining composure when dealing with challenging patients or unexpected situations.
