Registered Dental Hygienist - Mountain Ridge Dentistry - Berthoud, CO

Responsibilities:

Patient escort and dismissal
Assess dental condition and needs of patient through screening
Record/review patient medical and dental histories
Deliver direct patient care of cleaning and polishing teeth
Record patient vital signs
Take dental radiographs
Fluoride and pit/fissure sealant application
Take preliminary impressions for study models
Document chief complaint, observations, and patient reactions
Document lab procedures and follow up results
Patient education and proper oral hygiene
Cleans, sterilizes, and maintains dental equipment
Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience is a plus
Current Colorado Dental Hygiene License
Current CPR certification
Motivated to create positive and meaningful relationships with team members and patients
Achieve physical demands: standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, and lift/move up to 10 pounds
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
