Introduction
Veterans Evaluation Services is seeking qualified Dentists (DDS / DMD) to join our provider network as an independent contractor to perform dental disability examinations for Veterans for the following locations:
Elmwood, IL **Applicants must have their own office within 100 miles of the job location**
Responsibilities

As a clinician, you are an expert in the assessment, evaluation, and diagnosis of health conditions for your patients.
As an independent contractor with VES, you apply your expertise in the evaluation and diagnosis of dental conditions to support a Veteran’s disability claim.
As a certified medical disability examiner, you gather and synthesize

Qualifications
Dentists

Doctorate Degree in Dental Medicine or Dental Surgery
An active and unrestricted license in the state in which exams are performed.
Own office within 100 miles of the job location

Pay: $78,000.00 - $312,000.00 per year
