JOB SUMMARY:As a Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator, you will be a vital part of our office, ensuring the smooth operation of insurance-related processes and enhancing our patientsâ experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits to ensure seamless visits.
Process insurance claims and effectively follow up on outstanding claims to minimize delays.
Coordinate with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to resolve any insurance-related issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient insurance records, ensuring compliance and quality service.
Assist patients with insurance pre-authorizations and referrals.
Handle inquiries regarding insurance coverage and billing with professionalism and care.
REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in a dental office setting is REQUIRED.
Proficiency in medical terminology and strong knowledge of medical coding.
Familiarity with insurance verification processes is essential.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to provide top-notch patient care.
