Pay ranges from $50-$60/hr based on experience.

Required Skills
1) Patient first mentality. What does that look like? That means you accurately diagnose disease - not just what you think the patient can afford. Each patient deserves to know their best treatment options.
2) Desire for progress. What does that look like? This means you are not afraid to produce and challenge what is possible for your career. We do not focus on production because we are chasing money. It is simply a number we can use to see how many people we are helping.
3) Patient educator/co-diagnoser. What does that look like? Utilizing intra-oral photos and patient education videos to show patients how they could benefit from the treatment we are recommending. You are a healthcare provider who is diagnosing disease. You and the doctor work together building trust with the patients and recommending treatments in a unified tandem.
Work Experience
If you possess the above skills or at least the desire to develop those skills, no work experience is necessary.
