Part-time Associate Dentist - Ridgetop Dental - Sterling, VA

Ridgetop Dental Group is seeking an Associate Dentist for the Sterling location. The position seeks individuals to have restorative, surgical, and endodontic interests; our practice focuses on comprehensive treatment solutions for our patients. The applicant must be interested in continuous learning to advance their clinical skills. Our practice offers clinical mentorship and coaching. Ridgetop Dental culture seeks an individual who respects teamwork, compassion, and empathy. We are Digitally equipped, including CBCT scan, Itero, and current clinical standards and protocols. A continuous learning program is present for associate development.
Essential Functions:

Examine patient mouths for diagnosis of oral health, training, and treatment needs;
Provide treatment following standards of care, including but not limited to:
Visual exams
X-ray reviews
Removing tooth decay
Restore caries teeth
Restore fractured or failing dentition
Tooth extractions and grafting solutions
Corrective surgery on patient's gums and bones for gum diseases
Replace teeth with Dental Implant
Invisalign therapy for alignment
Write prescriptions for antibiotics and pain, as necessary

Manage asepsis and infection control, using and maintaining hazard control protocols established by OSHA and office standards.
Always represent the practice in a professional, pleasant, and cooperative manner.
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance following assigned schedule and time off policies.
Comfortably and efficiently handle multiple deadlines and task assignments.
Must be able to work both independently and cooperatively in team settings.
Occasionally, travel by car or plane may be required for you to participate in continuing education or seminars.

Experience: The candidate must have two years of clinical experience or have completed 1 or 2 years of GPR or AEGD residency program.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $145,541.00 - $185,000.00 per year
