Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental office. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care while assisting the dentist during various procedures. The Dental Assistant will be responsible for ensuring that the doctor's column runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a positive patient experience.
Days : Wednesday- Saturday (every Saturday) Hours during the week 7am-5pm w/1 hr lunch.
Saturday we pay $35 for incentive pay to work Saturdays. Hours: 7-3:30pm w/half hour lunch.
Duties

Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures, utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques.
Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, ensuring they are sterilized and ready for use.
Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
Manage patient records accurately, including medical records.
Utilize 3D scanners for capturing precise dental impressions when required.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Schedule appointments for Dr. as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role within a dental office setting.
Familiarity with dental assisting practices, including taking impressions and performing basic lab tasks & working with Cerec machine.
Proficiency in using dental software (Dentrix) systems for managing patient records and scheduling appointments.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
