Green City Dental is seeking a dedicated, open-minded, and health-focused Dental Hygienist to join our integrative dental team. We believe in quality over quantityâour hygienists are given more time with patients to ensure a comprehensive, personalized experience. We do not participate in the traditional insurance-driven dentistry model, allowing us to focus on patient care rather than quotas.

Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy using minimally invasive, evidence-based techniques.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including salivary diagnostics and periodontal risk evaluations.
Educate patients on the oral-systemic connection and help develop a treatment plan to support a healthy mouth and body.
Foster a calm, patient-focused experience, supporting those with dental anxiety and empowering patients through education.
Continue learning through training opportunities and mentorship, with the chance to develop skills in many cutting edge technologies.

Qualifications
Valid dental hygiene license
Proficient in chairside assisting and patient care
Knowledge of dental terminology and medical records management
Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft and Dentrix
Familiarity with aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations
Skills in patient assessment and documentation review
Ability to perform pediatric dentistry and vital signs monitoring
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $65.13 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 â 38 per week
