We can't wait to meet our next ROCK STAR FRONT OFFICE TEAM MEMBER!
As a Practice Front Office Team Member, you will be responsible for performing a variety of patient facing, general front office duties. Additionally, you will ensure a positive patient experience by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a welcoming environment, and effectively communicating with patients and team members. Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred to better serve our patient community.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with understanding their coverage
Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
Accurately collect payments and post transactions to patient accounts
Coordinate with clinical team members to ensure smooth patient flow
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

At least 1 year of dental experience
Experience working with dental insurance
Understand, calculate and communicate treatment plans
Must be detail orientated and organized
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Must pass criminal background check
High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Education and Experience

Bilingual -English/Spanish
Eaglesoft software experience.
Understanding of basic financial concepts
