**Job Description:**We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Dentist with a passion for delivering comprehensive dental care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molar endodontics, traditional crown and bridge procedures, and proficiency in Invisalign treatment. As an integral part of our practice, you will help maintain our reputation for high-quality dental services and patient satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**- Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients, including regular cleanings, root canals, surgical extractions, implants, and cosmetic dentistry.- Perform molar endodontics with a high success rate, utilizing advanced techniques and technology.- Design and fabricate crown and bridge restorations, ensuring proper fit and aesthetics.- Manage Invisalign cases from initial consultation to final retention phase.- Utilize iTero intraoral scanners to enhance patient experience and improve the accuracy of dental restorations and orthodontic aligners.- Interpret CBCT scans to plan complex dental and surgical cases.- Collaborate with Overjet AI to analyze radiographs and improve diagnostic precision.- Educate patients on oral health care and preventive strategies.- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patient-centric care.- Stay updated with the latest developments in dental techniques and technology.
**Qualifications:**- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.- Valid state dental license (or the ability to obtain one by the time of employment).- Minimum of [number] years of experience as a practicing dentist.- Demonstrated proficiency in molar endodontics, crown and bridge work, and Invisalign.- Commitment to quality patient care and excellent communication skills.- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
