Orthodontic/Clinical Dental Assistant - Ballrick and Petts Orthodontics - Westlake, OH

We'd like to add an orthodontic assistant to join our team ! We work primarily with children and have an enjoyable work atmosphere. The practice is an established practice that has experienced considerable growth. We have a newly renovated facility with a large area devoted to our team. The doctors are knowledgeable, and the entire orthodontic team is kind, competent, and caring. You must be someone who is friendly, enjoys working with people, and is a responsible and teachable person who loves to smile and help others. We have a busy working environment with lots of patients. Experience as an orthodontic or dental assistant is ideal, but we are happy to teach the right person. Have a rewarding career with excellent pay and a 16 hour work week. We are seeking someone for 2 days per week. Wednesdays and Thursday with some alternating or extra days.

Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail
Well-organized and reliable
Knowledge of orthodontics is preferred, but happy to teach the right person
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Good computer skills
Dental radiology license preferred (Courses available for proper certification)
Additional certification or training is an asset
Hepatitis B vaccine is required
