About Us:
Dentists R US is seeking a marketing/outreach advocate to join our school-based mobile dental program. Our mission is to promote oral health and ensure children have access to quality dental services in a convenient, school-based setting. This position is aligned with the Michigan school calendar year.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, dependable, and detail-oriented marketing specialist to help drive the growth and success of our program. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-sufficient, and capable of working independently to ensure seamless operations while supporting the mission of improving childrenâs oral health. This individual will be responsible for building relationships with new schools, enhance and increasing program visibility, fostering effective communication, and implementing strategies to promote oral health within school communities.
Responsibilities:
Establish and nurture relationships with schools to incorporate new program participants.
Enhance program visibility and engagement by implementing effective communication strategies.
Identify and address community needs to promote oral health awareness
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive program growth
Manage website, social media, and email contents
Optimize strategies to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
Qualifications:
Marketing, Communications, Dental experience or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of experience in outreach, advocacy, education, or a role, ideally in dental healthcare.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Passionate about improving childrenâs oral health and creating meaningful community impact.
