Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join a dynamic team in Fruita. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care, ensuring patient comfort, and promoting oral health education. This position requires expertise in various dental systems and practices, particularly in pediatric dentistry, to deliver exceptional care to all of their patients new and existing. Knowledge of Dentrix and Dexis software is a must. Must be able to help check patients in and out. Pay will be negotiated based upon experience.

Responsibilities

Current & active Colorado dental hygiene license
Must be great with patients and perform a thorough dental cleaning
Must perform proper perio probing, scaling & root planing, prophylactic cleaning, patient education, take intra-oral photos, chart & note documentation, room setup & breakdown, scheduling patients
If need be: receiving payment, answering phone, etc.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist in a dental office or clinic setting is a must. 1 to 3 years.
Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental management software is an advantage.

Willing to train:

Impressions for whitening trays & custom night guards, sealants
