Job Description

We are seeking a Dental Front office Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced dental office and be able to handle a high volume of calls and patients. Current hours are Tuesday-Thursday 8-5, Fridays 7-4
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients as they arrive and check them in for their appointments
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using Dentrix
- Verify insurance coverage, input ins breakdowns, and update patient information as needed
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances from patients
- Manage patient records, including filing and organizing documents
-Treatment planning
-Posting Insurance payments
-Re-care
Skills:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask- Proficient in computer systems, including Excel, word and Dentrix preferably- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
