Pay & Compensation:
Typical full-time compensation above $250,000 per year.
Potential full-time compensation of up to $400,000+ per year.
Up to $750 guaranteed daily minimum for your first 3 months!
30% of production in a busy Fee-For-Service office.

About the PracticePacifico Dental Care is a 3rd generation, family-owned, and fast-growing dental practice in Pennsylvania. PDC has had office locations in Bangor since 1958 and Easton since 2018. We provide our patients with a wide variety of general and advanced dental procedures along with unmatched friendliness and service.
What you want to do (Responsibilities):
Perform a variety of dental procedures to our large and growing patient base.
Build strong bonds and long-term relationships with patients to instill trust and help guide patients toward their optimal dental health.
Clearly document your clinical findings and plan treatment based on patient needs instead of insurance reimbursements.
Consistently provide high quality dental care using the best materials and instruments.
Continue to learn and expand your skills to provide comprehensive care for your patients.
Skills you currently have (Requirements):
A license to practice Dentistry in Pennsylvania
Excellent Communication Skills.
