Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our tight-knit and well established dental practice, D1 Dentistry on Main. We are a fully digital, OON, dental office that has been proudly serving generations of families for over 70 years. Our mission is to provide excellent dental care while nurturing the patient experience through compassion and connection. We are constantly looking for ways to improve patient care and have recently introduced Pearl AI to aid in patient education.
We are looking for an associate who is personable, good at connecting with patients, and values high quality detailed work. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various dental procedures and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest standards of dental health and patient satisfaction. Start date in May 2025. Please submit a cover letter with your application.
Our current associate has worked at this office for over 30 years and is retiring, offering a unique opportunity for someone new to join our dental family.

Experience
A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution is required.
Experience in pediatric dentistry and root canal therapy is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Archy is a plus.
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of dentistry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $156,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
