OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists in providing efficient and quality dental care to patients.
Responsibilities- Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment- Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments- Take digital dental x-rays- Record medical and dental histories- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices- Perform office tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations
Skills- Proficient in taking vital signs and medical imaging- Knowledge of X-Ray procedures- Strong understanding of infection control protocols- Experience with Eaglesoft and Dentrix software- Familiarity with prosthodontics and dental terminology- Ability to perform four-handed dentistry efficiently- Understanding of anatomy relevant to dental procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
