Job Description
OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry and be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. This role requires expertise in various dental procedures, including endodontics, oral surgery, and dental extractions, while ensuring a comfortable experience for patients. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to maintain accurate medical records and uphold the highest standards of aseptic technique.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including performing endodontic procedures and oral surgeries.
Conduct dental extractions and other necessary treatments while ensuring patient comfort.
Maintain accurate medical records for all patients, documenting treatment plans and progress.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote overall health.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient office operations.
Adhere to aseptic techniques and safety protocols in all procedures.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Proficiency in general dentistry practices, including knowledge of anatomy related to oral health.
Experience with Epic software is a plus for managing patient records efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership when necessary.

Pay: $204,255.00 - $225,261.00 per year
