About us
PEARLFECTION DENTISTRY is a leading provider of dental services in Frederick and Urbana Maryland. We have 2 offices and 16 doctors. We have all specialists under one roof. We have approximately 5 hygienists and a team of about 40 employees. We have maintained a 5 star average over 11 years. We attribute this to a great team and a culture of treating everyone with the utmost respect and we expect respect in return. We are primarily a fee for service practice, meaning we are not expensive but we are also expecting to get paid a fair rate for excellent work. We are seeking the best candidates and we pay well for talent. We want team members who want to work but also want to go home at the end of the day not feeling exhausted. Its about balance.
Dental Hygienist - part time or full time. Flexible hours. Flexible Days. Salary plus bonus.
How much time do I get per patient?
Our hygienists get 1 hour for adult prophy, 1.5 hour for 2 quads of SRP, 1.5 hours for new patients.
Pay?
Quarterly bonuses paid to most hygienists plus base salary. Hourly $49 plus bonus gets most Hygienists earn between $49 and $52.
Who owns the practice?
Practice is privately owned by Dr Stringer who work side by side with the entire team.
How many employees work at PearlFection?
5 existing hygienists work at PearlFection and 16 doctors but its a family and not big corporate dentistry.

Clinical Setting:

We have 16 doctors (4 General Dentists and all specialists under one roof). We do everything from cleanings to full mouth reconstructive surgery, all under one roof. Very few practices nationally have the breadth and depth of capabilities PearlFection Dentistry does.
All operatories are private and all hygiene rooms have large windows
State of the art equipment available to every hygienist and doctor, including Cone Beam CT, Cavitrons, Prophy Jets, Freedom Handpieces, digital xrays, intraoral cameras in each room.
