We are looking for a candidate who has worked in the dental field for minimum of 4 years and has dental insurance knowledge.
We are a modern dental office looking for a shining star/ dental insurance coordinator stable individual to work alongside the rest of our team members and doctor. We are a private practice that emphasizes top-notch patient care and service as we emphasize the patient experience at the office more than anything else. We are looking for someone who is team-oriented, adaptable/flexible to requests and changes, and has a professional demeanor in the office. We are looking for someone with ideally at least 3-4 years experience, and knowledge of Open Dental is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Description:
-To support patient care by maintaining accurate accounts of patient's records.
. Work as a team player to make the schedule and the pt visit run smoothly.
. Able to make financial arrangements and patient collections.
. Present treatment plans and make third party fin. arrangements ie. care credit. etc.
. Ensure pt daily services by completing service requisites.
. Communicate with insurance providers and establish pt benefits and maintain accurate records.
. Billing including insurance payments and patient payments.
-Salary based on experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
