Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental clinic team to work Wednesday 11am-7pm .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, performing dental cleanings, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. This role requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and the ability to maintain accurate medical records. The Dental Hygienist will work closely with dentists and assist in various procedures while ensuring a comfortable environment for patients.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages but mostly adults.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
Maintain accurate medical records and document patient treatments in the system.
Implement infection control measures and adhere to aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide high-quality patient care in a pediatric dentistry setting when necessary.
Skills
Strong patient care skills with a focus on comfort and education.
