We are a growing cosmetic and general practice looking for an enthusiastic and experienced front desk receptionist to be part of our team. The ideal candidate has superior customer service skills, basic knowledge of dental terms , proficient in appointment scheduling, and great communication skills. The receptionist will be required to keep the front desk and reception lobby clean and clear of clutter.
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday* Start time 8:30am
Education and experience
- High school diploma or higher
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Prior experience with Dentrix software is a plus
- Working knowledge of dental terms
Skills and Competence
- Proven experience as a dental receptionist
- Experience with scheduling appointments and inputting patient records into the computer
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
Job Type: Approximately 32 hours per week, Office is closed on Fridays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
