Key Responsibilities:

Assist the orthodontist during procedures using effective four-handed dentistry techniques.
Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring instruments are sterilized and safety protocols are followed.
Take patient records, including X-rays and photos, to assist with treatment planning.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Ensure smooth patient flow and assist with scheduling, insurance verification, and file management.

Qualifications:

Licensure as a Dental Assistant (Orthodontic experience preferred).
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and patient care-focused attitude.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
