We are looking for a self motivated, hard working and friendly Front Office Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome patients to the practice.
Update patient information as needed
Collect co-payments
Answer phones
Schedule and confirm appointments
Insurance verification
Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
Facilitating a productive schedule for all providers
Confidently present dental treatment plans and fees to patients
Assisting the team to accomplish and exceed the practice goals
Software: Open Dental
