Williams Dental is seeking a full-time dental front office assistant/patient care coordinator with strong communication and patient care skills. Our practice prides itself on building relationships with our patients while delivering high-quality patient care from the telephone to the front office to our treatment delivery. Our ideal candidate should have compassion and empathy for others, deliver exceptional customer service, and embrace participating in our continuous growth. The ideal skillset should align with being organized, detail-oriented, quality telephone skills, forward-thinking, the ability to create solutions, and be flexible within the roles and responsibilities. We provide up-to-date technology, computer literacy, and skills are a must.
Roles and responsibilities include answering the telephone, checking in patients, scheduling management, presenting treatment plans, collecting copayments from patients, and being a liaison.
Please have a minimum of 2 years of dental office experience, preferably in a front office setting. An understanding of dental insurance, dental terminology, and procedures would be ideal.
