Job Responsibilities:
Perform thorough periodontal charting, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and periodontal disease prevention.
Take and process digital X-rays and CBCT scans as needed.
Administer local anesthesia and/or nitrous oxide as permitted by state regulations.
Assist in the diagnosis and treatment planning of periodontal disease in collaboration with the periodontist.
Maintain accurate patient records and charting using practice management software.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
Stay updated on the latest periodontal treatment techniques and advancements through continuing education.
Provide excellent patient care and build strong patient relationships.
Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team and practice operations.

Pay: $52.00 - $58.00 per hour
