Key Responsibilities
Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients and team members.
Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure efficiency and patient comfort.
Sterilize instruments and set up treatment rooms for safety and effectiveness.
Discuss treatment options with patients
Answer patient questions and provide compassionate, quality care.
Support other staff members and adapt to additional duties as assigned by management or the doctor.
Qualifications
MUST be a Registered Dental Assistant with an active Iowa license and CPR certification.
At least 1 year of dental assisting experience.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, hours vary from 7:15 AM to 5:30 PM
Primary Location: Lakeport office, with flexibility to cover other Siouxland locations as needed
