Wednesday: 9 am - 5 pm
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced General Dentist with hands-on experience and exceptional leadership skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and treating complex dental conditions, leading a team of dental professionals, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide expert diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of dental conditions, including advanced restorative, cosmetic procedures, and orthodontics.- Lead and mentor a team of dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care- Oversee treatment planning and case management, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards of care- Actively participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in dentistry- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence within the practice- Collaborate with management to implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing patient experience, increasing practice efficiency, and driving growth
Qualifications:- Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school- Valid state dental license in good standing- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in advanced dental procedures- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills- Commitment to delivering superior patient care and fostering a positive patient experience
