OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a sterile and organized environment.
Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials for various procedures.
Take and develop X-rays while adhering to safety protocols.
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Manage patient records using Eaglesoft software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Perform infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Assist with endodontic procedures and general dentistry tasks as needed.
Utilize 3D scanners for imaging when required.
Support the dental team with four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during treatments.

Qualifications

Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and infection control practices is essential.
Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software is preferred.
Familiarity with X-ray procedures and safety standards is required.
Previous experience in endodontics or general dentistry is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
