Commission based pay and bonuses also available. We are seeking someone with strong interpersonal skills who can educate and advocate for our patients. We are currently seeking a Dental Hygienist who has a tremendous work ethic and is able to work without significant oversight. We are looking for a hygienist who is able to provide A+ experiences to our patients, work well in a team oriented atmosphere, and willing to work outside the operatory when needed. "It's not my job" is not in our vocabulary and mutual respect towards each other is expected. We strive to treat our dental hygienists as dental clinicians. Significant hygiene experience is not required, but a good attitude and willingness to learn is a must!
It is a referral based general dentistry practice that has an emphasis on sleep medicine, oral surgery, and sedation(oral and IV). Dr. Bond has significant training in all 3 fields and is a Kois trained dentist. Dr. Bond is the only provider in the county who is LANAP trained with the PerioLase Nd:Yag laser and a Diplomate with the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. We also have the only robot navigation system to deliver precise and accurate dental implant placement. We have a fun atmosphere that encourages training and asking questions. Mentorship opportunities are available from Dr. Bond and the ability to have paid CE trips as authorized by Dr. Bond.
