Competitive compensation: $42 - $46 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

No more than seven (7) hygiene visits per day, 60- 70 minute appointments, with 40 minutes of chart preparation time daily

What Weâre Looking For:
A licensed Dental Hygienist in Michigan
X-ray and CPR certification
Exceptional human relations skills and confidence in dental knowledge
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, learning-focused environment
Understanding of implant dentistry and advanced maintenance strategies
Familiarity with digital charting and modern dental technologies (experience with [your specific software, e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft] is a plus)
Your Responsibilities:
Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy
Educate patients on oral health, hygiene techniques, and preventive care
Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to develop personalized treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records and uphold the highest standard of care
Ensure a clean, organized, and aseptic work environment
Coordinate patient flow with both front and back office teams
Educate the team on dental hygiene and related topics whenever possible
