About the Role:
As a Dental Hygienist at Osseo Family Dental, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the oral health of our patients. You will be responsible for performing dental cleanings, taking digital x-rays, administering local anesthesia, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene. Your attention to detail and hand-eye coordination will be essential in providing quality dental care. You will work closely with our dentists to develop treatment plans and assist with procedures. Your work will directly impact the overall health and well-being of our patients.
Minimum Qualifications:

Current state license to practice dental hygiene
Experience with digital x-rays and local anesthesia
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Experience with iTero digital scanning or a willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
Experience working with pediatric patients
Experience with dental assisting

Responsibilities:

Perform dental cleanings and take digital x-rays
Administer local anesthesia and assist with procedures
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and provide preventative care
Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations

Hours:

Mondays 10 am - 7 pm
Tuesdays 7 am - 3 pm
Weds 7 am - 5 pm
Thursdays 7 am - 3 pm
Fridays "as needed" 7 am - 1 pm
Accepting Part-Time / Full- Time

Skills:
As a Dental Hygienist, you will utilize your skills in digital x-ray technology, dentistry, hand-eye coordination, dental care, local anesthesia, patient education, and pediatrics on a daily basis. You will work closely with patients to provide preventative care and educate them on proper oral hygiene. Your attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment will be essential in providing quality dental care.
