Job Title: Licensed Dental Hygienist

Wage: $48 - $65/hour based on experience.
Hiring Bonus: $5,000.00 structured sign-on bonus with a minimum of 1-year employment contract
Qualifications:

Must be a licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Minnesota
Must have a valid and current Dental Hygienist license

Requirements:

Must be available to work Monday to Thursday (8:45AM-6:00PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Must be able to perform designated work duties within the scope of practice as established by the rules and regulations of the Minnesota Board of Dentistry and the state of Minnesota
Provide comprehensive dental care based on the patient’s individualized oral health needs
Complete debridement, prophylaxis, and nonsurgical periodontal therapy; place subgingival medicaments
Perform preliminary and existing charting of the oral cavity and surrounding structures
Create a dental hygiene treatment plan in conjunction with the dentist’s treatment plan
Apply topical medications including fluoride varnishes and desensitizing agents
Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, operatory and x-ray rooms
Maintain a clean work environment and dental equipment in compliance with Moua Family Dentistry, OSHA and Center for Disease Control sterilization and infection control regulatory standards
Ensure quality patient service through effective communication, personal attention to patient procedures, and resolving patient questions and issues in a caring manner
