We are looking for an enthusiastic hygienist that loves building and maintaining positive relationships with patients. Duties include:

Manage patient flow and schedule appointments efficiently
Communicate effectively with patients to address any concerns or questions
Perform periodontal assessments and screenings for oral cancer
Assist the dentist in patient care and treatment planning
Our office is Dentrix based with a voice assist recording for periodontal probing
Administer fluoride varnish treatments, silver diamine fluoride, and sealants
Monitor and maintain dental equipment and supplies
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and HIPAA
Proficiency in digital radiography and intraoral imaging (Carivu, Transillumination and Diagnodent)
Perform full mouth debridement and scaling and root planing
Ability to educate patients on oral hygiene and disease prevention
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Help staff if non scheduled time occurs
